Why so few SKUs
A short catalog is the feature, not a limitation.
Most packaging suppliers list forty box sizes because listing costs them nothing. Then you spend twenty minutes deciding, every size gets bought thin, and none of them end up cheap.
We picked the sizes that cover the overwhelming majority of real shipments, bought them deep, and passed the buying power back to you.

If you need a 19 x 4 x 3 box in white with a custom print, we're the wrong supplier — go to a big catalog and pay for the privilege. If you need the twenty things a shipping bench burns through every week, nobody will be quicker or cheaper.

No. The full price ladder is on every product page whether you're logged in or not. Business accounts add net terms, PO numbers and contract pricing — they don't unlock a secret cheaper price.
How does freight actually get priced?
Anything flagged “ships freight” is rated live at checkout against our LTL carriers using your ZIP and the pallet count. Liftgate and residential delivery are included in the quote rather than invoiced afterwards. If the rate looks wrong for your lane, tell us and we'll re-quote by hand.
Why don't you stock more sizes?
Because a thin catalog bought deep is cheaper than a wide catalog bought thin, and because choosing between forty box sizes is a tax on your time. If a size we don't carry keeps coming up, we add it — that's how most of the current list got here.
Can I mix parcel items and pallets in one order?
Yes, and it's common. We split the shipment, rate each leg separately, and you track both from a single order page.
What's the return policy on a wrong size?
Unopened cases come back within 30 days and you cover the return shipping. If we picked wrong or described it wrong, that one's on us and we'll cover it. Either way you get the goods refunded in full.
Do prices change without warning?
Resin and linerboard move, so occasionally yes. Contract-priced SKUs on a business account are locked for twelve months regardless.
